Facility Maintenance Manager
About the Job
As a Facility Maintenance Manager, you will :
Coordinate all building related maintenance work, executed primarily by external contractors, such as HVAC, electrical, fire-safety, sanitary, etc… to properly maintain the assigned campus facilities.
Supervise, evaluate and schedule work of workers and subcontractors as assigned to facility maintenance.
Assist with developing maintenance schedules, reporting and budgeting routines.
Perform routine inspections of assigned facilities and create corrective maintenance tasks as required.
Organize and manage corrective activities and improvement projects.
Support, motivate and lead the team towards the achievement of daily and weekly objectives set.
And speaking of you
You hold an A1/Master's degree in electromechanics or construction engineering or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in an equivalent position or 10 years of experience in execution of all round facility maintenance coordination.
You have good communication skills, both oral and written, in French, English and Dutch.
You act in Compliance with rules and procedures.
You have a team spirit and can work effectively with various stakeholders.
You are an excellent organizer and results oriented.
You show Flexibility.
